The TheraBand Rocker Board.

The new Thera-Band® Rocker Boards provide the balance and proprioception training for upper and lower extremities uni-directional challenge. Supplied in molded plastic, they feature a sensory stimulation surface on the top, a lightweight product design, and an anti-skid surface on the bottom that resists slipping on smooth floors. The product also comes with its own instruction guide with over 37 exercises.
