Problems Logging In

• Password is "CaSe SeNsiTive". Make sure your caps lock is off
• If you forgot your username and password we can send it to your inbox
• Sometimes the only solution is to clear your browser's cache. See Below:

How do I clear my cache?

To clear your cache in Chrome

1. Open up a browser window. Make sure all other open browser windows are closed
   Click Tools > Internet Options.
2. Select the General tab.
3. Click Delete under Browsing History.
4. Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files.
5. Click Delete Cookies.
6. Click OK.

To clear your cache in Edge

1. Navigate to the three dots in the upper right of the screen.
2. Choose History.
3. In the top of the History pane, click the trash can icon to "delete browsing data."
4. You will be prompted to select what to delete, and from what time period.
   Select: Time range of All Time.
5. Check the options for Browsing history, Cookies and site data, and Cached images and files.
6. Click Clear now.
7. Close and reopen Microsoft Edge to finish the process.

To clear your cache in Mozilla Firefox:

1. Open up a browser window. Make sure all other open browser windows are closed.
2. Click the Tools menu at the top of your browser and select Clear Private Data.
3. Select the Cookies and Cache checkboxes.
4. Click Clear Private Data Now.

To clear your cache in Safari:

1. Open Safari.
2. Click Safari in the top-left menu bar.
3. Select Settings (or Preferences on older versions).
4. Click the Privacy tab.
5. Click Manage Website Data.
6. Click Remove All (or select specific sites and click Remove).
7. Click Remove Now to confirm, then click Done

In some cases, it may be necessary to clear your cache more than once.
