Shipping & Delivery
Orders for in-stock items received by 2:00 PM CST (Monday - Friday) will ship the same day. Shipping method is Ground (unless otherwise selected by Customer) to all destinations in the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii – shipping method and rates may vary). Items ordered directly from the manufacturer may take longer. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier based on customer needs, cost and delivery schedules.
Economy -Parcels qualifying for our everyday flat rate shipping rate will receive their packages via UPS SurePost or FedEx Smart Post. This service typically delivers between 7-10 business days but could take longer depending on distance from the shipping location.
Ground - Parcels reach most US destinations within 5 business days of shipment and include tracking information. Depending on weather conditions and your location, your delivery may take slightly longer. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier.
Residential Surcharge – Orders shipped to any location deemed residential by the carrier will be charged a fee of $4.99 residential surcharge, as a result of changes made by our shipping partners.
We are happy to use expedited shipping methods at customer request and expense.
Two Day FedEx - Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive in 2 business days (Monday-Friday). In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 11:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive by Wednesday afternoon. An order submitted Friday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive on Tuesday. We are closed during normal holidays which will push back delivery.
Standard Overnight - Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive by 3:00 PM the next business day (Monday-Friday). In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 11:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive by Tuesday afternoon. An order submitted Friday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive on Monday. We are closed during normal holidays which will push back delivery.
Priority Overnight - Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive by 10:30 AM the next business day. In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 11:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive by 10:30 AM Tuesday. An order submitted Friday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive Monday morning by 10:30 AM CST. Please call customer service for a custom quote. Priority overnight is not available in all areas.
Saturday Overnight Delivery - Saturday delivery is available using FedEx. Orders must be placed on the Friday before the desired delivery date. A $16.00 additional charge applies. Please call customer service for a custom quote. Order must be received by 4:00 PM CST.
White Glove Service - We offer FedEx Signature Home Delivery, Evening Home Delivery and Appointment Home Delivery. Please call customer service for a custom quote.
Common Carrier - Large orders or items will be shipped LTL via common carrier. Please contact customer service for a custom quote.
Alaska / Hawaii Ship Method
All parcels are shipped using Ground, USPS, or another international carrier. We will select the most appropriate carrier based on order make up and destination.
Post Office Box & APO/FPO

Canada, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands
International Economy - 2-5 business days, depending on location.
International Priority - 1-3 business days, depending on location.

Ground shipping charges for heavy orders
Due to the substantial cost to ship some orders we will adjust our ground shipping rates based on the total weight of your cart. Please review your cart carefully before ordering and adjust as needed
All weights are calculated based on dimensional weights (calculated from the length, width and height of a package) for shipping considerations

Manufacturer Direct Shipping
Products with an item status of "Drop Ship" ship directly from the manufacturer. We can confirm the date the item was shipped and, upon request, we can contact the manufacturer and provide you with tracking information. Please call our customer service number.
Our shipping terms are FOB Seller’s warehouse. Risk of loss transfers at time of shipment. We are happy to contact the shipper on your behalf to file a claim.
