We want you to be 100% satisfied. Our aim is to provide you with quality products at an affordable price. If an item does not meet your expectations, we'll gladly refund your money within 30 days after purchase. In order to keep our prices the lowest possible, some exceptions apply, including a 20% restocking fee applied after 30 days and 30% restocking fee applied after 60 days, should the item be in a usable condition. Will 20/20 Imaging offer full training for doctors and technicians?

Yes, with the on-site install and training, a technician will set up the entire system and provide training for both doctors and x-ray techs. Staff will not only receive training, but the technician will also monitor the use at first to ensure everyone is comfortable using 20/20 Imaging.

Will 20/20 Imaging install all hardware and software?

With the on-site install, yes, a trained technician will set up the hardware and software and also provide training for doctors and x-rays techs to make sure everyone is secure in using the equipment.

Is there a warranty on 20/20 X-ray imaging systems?

Yes. On the momentum DR panel, there is a three-year warranty, with seven years on the capacitor/battery). The FP, FPH, FPW, and DR Panel have a five-year warranty. Additionally, the PC components include a three-year warranty, and you will get live support after installation.

Does 20/20 Imaging offer tech support?

Yes. Once the installation is complete, full support is available from experienced live technicians. Even if a problem arises years down the road, you can reach out to our live support for help.
