PRODUCT USE & CARE
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
For neck use, place pillow behind neck and adjust for comfort. For back use, place pillow against back as you sit and adjust for comfort. For knee use, place pillow between knees for side sleeping or under knees for back sleeping and adjust for comfort.
Note: If pillow is too firm for your comfort, open the pillow by unzipping the cover, remove fiber, and place the fiber in bag for later use. Simply remove or add fiber throughout the life of your pillow to suit your size, shape, or sleep position.
WASH AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Hand wash cold with mild soap without chlorine additives and dry flat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
