Home Posture Corrective Belt

This weighted belt is designed to generate the body's natural mechanism to reduce anterior, posterior and/or lateral translations of the skull and neck. Unit has 6 internal pockets to hold weights.

Directions:
  1. Place a half pound weight in the center pouch
  2. Place the belt on your forehead with the neoprene side against your skin. Draw the strap tightly around your head and secure the hook and loop closure.
  3. Wear the belt for only 5 minutes, while slowly walking. Keep increasing weight only if no soreness or pain arises, adding weight from the center pouch outward. As weight is increased, walking pace can be increased as well. This walking treatment helps the traction effect on the tight contracted soft tissue and strengthen postural muscles.
