Each aluminum strap can be shaped to ensure maximum stability of the thumb saddle and first metacarpophalangeal [MCP] joint. The adjustable hook and loop thumb tab allows optional adjustment of movement restriction at the base of the thumb. The adjustable hook and loop fastenings around the wrist and thumb supply individualized compression, precise fit, and ease of fitting and removal. The medically effective support brace is soft, seamless, lightweight, breathable material with air pores allow air to circulate. It allows the fingers full range of movement and daily activities of the thumb can continue uninterrupted. Wear the splint at night or at work with no compression by loosening the straps.
