Massage

Using a stable wall, position one end with ball of the Massager Plus against the back or gluteal area (avoiding protruding bones) and hold the other ball over same shoulder in front of the chest. Lean back on the other ball and move side to side and up and down to massage soft tissue. The further away the feet from the wall, the more pressure exerted to affected areas.

Mobilize

Target key areas of the upper back by locking the balls together using the cord toggle lock. Center the spine between the two balls while lying down. Slide up and down to apply pressure along the upper back.

Pressure

Lie or lean against the Massager Plus to apply therapeutic force.

Exercise

Offers upper and lower body exercise options. The resistance level of the cord is adjustable to easily customize your workout.
