Instructions Of Use

To fill water chamber:

Step 1: Flip up tabs on cap and twist cap to remove.

Step 2: Fill water chamber with distilled water.

Step 3: Hold water chamber vertically and fill to desired level of support using guide at side of water chamber.

Step 4: Screw cap securely to prevent leaking.

Step 5: Use cloth or paper towel to absorb excess water around fill port.

Step 6: Place water chamber in pillow pocket and zip close.

Place this pillow in a pillowcase.

Wash/Care Instructions:

Pillow:

Remove water chamber.

Zip cover closed prior to washing.

Machine wash using warm water, mild detergent, no chlorine additive, gentle cycle.

Run through rinse cycle twice and spin feature at least twice to get as much moisture out as possible.

Tumble Dry, low heat. Add tennis or dryer balls in the dryer to help prevent clumping.

Water Chamber:

Wipe exterior clean with damp cloth and air dry.

Rinse interior with mild disinfectant.

Rinse thoroughly and let air dry before refilling.
