Posey® HeadStart® Chair Sensor

Used with a Posey® alarm, the Posey® HeadStart® Chair Sensor features a dual-release design. As the sensor’s first strap is unfastened, the alarm sounds. A second strap offers nurses more time before the patient exits the chair.

• Functions as gentle reminder for patient to request help when ambulating
• Designed to allow patient to self-release from sensor (intended to serve as restraint-alternative device)*
• Permits patient to move in chair while using sensor
