Bauerfeind ManuTrain® Wrist Support
Comfortable, lightweight, knitted support ideal for pain and instabilities of the wrist, carpal tunnel syndrome, pre-and post-operative inflammatory conditions, and wrist dislocation. The wrist is stabilized through controlled compression and hook and loop straps may be applied for additional support or stabilization. Removable thermoplastic stay provides therapeutic positioning when needed and may also be contoured to the individual. Includes two silicone inserts that leave radius and ulna pressure free. This provides provide intermittent compression to the soft tissues of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema. The ManuTrain® promotes proprioception, thus heightening sensory awareness in the wrist for increased joint stabilization. The anatomical knit with graduated compression at the edges prevents constriction of circulation.
