Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lift, Small

Was a little disappointed, these did not come in nice warping like some other companies.

After suffering with hip and knee pain, I admitted in a conversation with a PT that I had once worn a life in one shoe. Somehow I just forgot.... Anyway, he suggested ordering one that peels so you can adjust the height. So I purchased an Adjust-A-Life Heel Lift in sz. M. It was reasonably priced, excellent quality and seems to be helping me with my gait and comfort. I plan on ordering a few more so I can keep them in my favorite shoes. They are fine right underneath my custom orthotics. Thank you for carrying such a great product!

They make a big difference and are well made, but expensive!
