This product has a strange on/off switch that one must press to turn on and continue pressing. Once you let go of the switch press, it will turn off. Bizarre. This manual press operation is not described in the product description. Order a different heating pad! I only chose 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to continue. It deserves zero stars.
