The SCIFIT DC1000 provides a short set up height of 7" and a very low starting speed of .4 mph.  Adjustments can be made to suite your desired pace by .1 mph increments and the treadmill reaches a top speed of 10 mph. Not one for a flat path? Elevation can be increased to 10% by .5 increments while providing a shock absorbing deck.
