This is a great product. Very helpful with reducing swelling and pain, and they last for a long time if you treat them properly. An inexpensive form of physical therapy!
I thought I was ordering Polar Packs, and got these by mistake. They are noticeably flimsy, and i returned them for the Polar Packs which are fantastic.
I am on this website purchasing one for myself. My job has one that it keeps on site. This ice pack is flexible and molds to your back. It is also very durable. I've purchased other ice packs due to my continuous back issues and they don't hold up. They either start leaking or are a block of uncomfortable ice on your back. You can also heat up this ice pack in the microwave at LOW heat. Most ice packs are not that versatile.
