This pillow provides good neck support, but the "batting" type material in the center of the pillow tends to come apart after a few uses. Now when I use this pillow I wake up with eye irritation, I believe it is from some of these small fibers, migrating through or around the pillow case and protector. I don't get the irritation with my other, regular, pillow, just a sore neck. I think this would be a very good pillow if this material either was not there or was replaced by a better, less fibrous, sturdier, material.
