As a Massage Therapist for a decade I would notice that after working on my clients and getting things where they needed to be within a week the same problem would return. With Kinesio Tape after I work on people I can tape them up, because when applied properly it will stay on for 5 to 7 days which is ample time to promote healing in the body! I Love it my clients call just to be retaped. It is amazing. If you have not tried it yet I encourage you to give it a try!

Accept no substitute
Kinesio® Tex Gold FP Rolls 2" X 16.4'
Kinesio Tape has helped me train for two marathons by getting me through my ITBS. I swear by it. I can get at least 3 but mostly 5 days out of an application.
DO NOT accept any substitutes! Rock Tape absolutely does not last as Kinesio Tex, despite them telling you it far outlasts any other brand. Nope. We've tried 'em, they don't last. Do not accept any substitutes. Kinesio Tex is by far the best.
