Childhood illness damaged heart...major surgeries & valve replacements require meds that bind. Despite vegetarian diet, plenty of H2O, exercise...chronic constipation WITHOUT Chiro-Klenz. WITH a nightly cup (Stevia & lemon juice only way I enjoy drinking it), and healthy lifestyle, I have no problems. (When I neglect any other aspects and experience binding, I drink 2 cups per day or double bag 1 cup and gently am restored over 24-48 hours.) Last tip: I prepare tea in am; let steep; refrigerate later day, drink in pm. Also make batches to save time. affects flavor occasionally but still best product I've ever tried for natural moisturizing of stools and movement. Kudos to Kevin for great customer service & Scrip Hessco! TRY IT!!!!!
