Pricing and Availability
All products are subject to availability and prior sale. All prices appearing in our catalogs or website are subject to change without prior notice. Scrip is not responsible for misprints in our catalogs or online. All orders are subject to acceptance by Scrip.

Payment Methods
For your convenience Scrip offers several payment options including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and “net 30” billing with approved credit. For more information on the payment options available at Scrip, e-mail us at customerservice@scrip-inc.com.

We accept only postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check.

Pay by Check
Scrip also offers the easy and convenient “telechek” service for our customers who wish to pay by check at time of order. For more information on our “telechek” service please e-mail us at customerservice@scrip-inc.com or call customer service at 800-747-3488.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel or amend your web order, please call as immediately as once your order is sent to our warehouse it is difficult to prevent shipment. If you decide to cancel your order after the deadline, we'll simply process your request as a return.

Backorders
If a backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we pick up the cost of regular shipping on all shipments following the original order (excluding international orders). All overweight item charges apply.

Custom Orders
All custom orders are subject to the manufacturers terms and may cause a delay in shipping or additional, non-published fees.

Quantity Discounts
Quantity price breaks may be available in addition to what's offered in our catalog and online. Please call us for more details. Also visit Corporate Accounts.

Clearance Items
Clearance items have limited quantities; sizes/colors may no longer be available. Clearance items are not returnable.

Sales Tax
We charge sales tax for shipments to the states of California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Texas, and Wisconsin. and where as required by your state.

International Orders
We ship most anywhere in the world. Web prices are in US currency. Please see International Shipping and Delivery for more information.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are only available by calling 800-747-3488. You may redeem it over the phone or by mailing it with your order. Gift Certificates are available in any denomination.
