Tower and Mat
Add the Stamina AeroPilates Tower and Mat accessory to your Stamina AeroPilates Pro XP 686 to create a reformer/half cadillac combination. The Tower and Mat advances your reformer workout so you will increase abdominal strength, core strength and stability, flexibility, balance, and coordination. The mats fit over the carriage, so switching to the tower workout is quick and easy: the carriage stays in place.

Jumpboard
The Stamina AeroPilates Jumpboard is used by dancers and athletes to build explosive power through plyometric training. The jumpboard is also good for bone building and calorie burning while challenging the core muscle groups. The jumpboard is not the same as the Free-Form Cardio Rebounder. While the jumpboard builds explosive power, the rebounder builds cardiovascular fitness.

Recommended use: For use in Pilates studios, fitness centers, college, high school and other sports training centers, and other professional training areas. Also appropriate for serious home workout areas.
