Foam rollers are used to improve balance whether for general fitness or rehab sports performance. The new EVA Foam Roller is constructed of the same material that has been used for cushioning in running shoes for decades.  This foam is super high density but soft to the touch. EVA foam has excellent memory characteristics meaning it will regain its original shape after being compressed and it’s extremely durable.  Rounded corners on the roller add to the comfort level.
